THE STUDIO 誠摯邀請您參與一場名為「聲痕」的音樂、藝術、飲食饗宴。THE STUDIO 與中庸爵士樂團合作，將改變您對聲音、音樂、和藝術的看法。這次活動為期五天（9 / 2 - 9 / 6），每一晚將有不同主題的Live爵士樂演奏、以及以音樂為發想的創意料理。現場也將展出與聲音主題相關的藝術作品、以及台灣黑膠收藏家的私人珍藏。

「聲痕」背後概念：

日常的每一天我們生活中充斥著大大小小的聲音，無論是大自然的蟲鳴鳥叫、風聲水聲，城市中交通穿梭的聲響、以及人們交流時激發出的各種喜、怒、哀、樂的聲音等等都時刻在上演。音樂跟噪音的區別或許來自於：人們可以從生活中的各種聲音得到靈感，轉化成旋律與節奏體現出藝術的本質，一個可以讓大眾有所共鳴的媒介。

THE STUDIO cordially invites you to join our next Art Dinner that spans over five days (9/2 - 9/6), called “Soundmarks.” Together with the jazz band Zy (中庸), THE STUDIO offers a memorable experience every night that will transform how we think about sound, music, and art. Each night, we immerse you in a different experience of Live jazz that is specially curated for this event; and we present to you dishes that draw inspirations from music. On display will also be the works of visual artists on the topic of sound, in addition to the collection of vinyl records by a renowned Taiwanese collector.

Concept behind Soundmarks:
Sounds surround us wherever we go—whether in nature, with the sounds of birds and crickets, howling winds, and flowing streams; or in the bustling urban environment, with noises from traffic, as well as sounds from human interactions that trigger all kinds of emotions: of joy, sorrow, anger, or delight. And perhaps the distinguishing factor between noise and music is: the ability for humans to turn their experiences into melodies and rhythms that are, in a way, an art form. A vehicle through which we can find resonances and connections.

▎9/2 (Wed) - a tale of love

這是一個探索愛的夜晚。從互相吸引與痴迷、到愛與信任、從崇拜到瘋狂。我們從台灣的獨特聲音、浪漫爵士音樂和詩歌中，汲取靈感，透過音樂與美食將你沈浸在愛當中。

This night is all about love. From attraction and infatuation, to love and trust, from admiration to madness. With inspirations from the sounds of Taiwan, romantic jazz oldies and poetry, this night will be a night to experience love.

▎9/3 (Thurs) - an evening of improvisations

這是一個充滿驚喜的夜晚，中庸樂團將帶給現場參與者即興演奏的熱情奔放～

This night is all about surprises and whims. Zy jazz band will transform all the happenings into a live improvisation that is full of life and energy!

準備好跟著節奏搖擺了嗎？當爵士遇到嘻哈，一個意想不到、充滿節奏感的冒險即將展開～

Ready to groove to the beats? On this night, we are bringing together the unique energies of jazz and hip-hop to take you on an excitingly rhythmic journey!

▎9/5 (Sat) - 夏日黑膠早午餐 summertime vinyl brunch

慵懶的週六上午，來杯義式特調Italian spritz、品嘗主廚特製的早午餐、搭配爵士黑膠音樂，還有甚麼比這個聽起來更正點的星期六呢？

我們邀請到台灣黑膠收藏家（收藏多達20幾萬張以上）江建德先生，在早午餐活動上，帶著大家認識黑膠、並分享收藏黑膠唱片的點滴。

Join us on a lazy Saturday morning with a glass of Italian spritz and a specially prepared brunch, and immerse yourself in the sonic beauty of jazz vinyl.

We invited renowned Taiwan's vinyl record collector and expert Danny Chiang (who owns over 200K vinyls) to introduce vinyls to the audience and to share with the audience his collecting experiences.

品嚐美食的時，熟悉的味道會讓你想起某一段回憶。相同的，音樂也可以帶人進到不同的時空背景。中庸樂團將以經典歌曲作為基底，並融入新的聲響。或相反的，把新的流行歌曲帶到過去，給來賓一種時光交錯的感覺。

When tasting food, we are often reminded of a certain memory. Similarly, music can also bring us to a different time and space. Zy band will integrate new elements to classic songs, as well as bring popular tunes of today’s world to the past, giving you a feeling of time-traveling.

音樂創作通常受創作者環境影響。這一晚上，我們將夠過音樂，體驗一位作曲家的故事。從一個有許多漫長的道路、和刮著大風的平原、來到一座充滿雨水、海洋、和活力城市生活的島嶼國家。

Musical creations are often shaped by the creator’s environment. This evening presents the musical story of a composer moving from a country with long roads and the sounds of wind-swept plains to an island-nation filled with the sounds of rain, ocean, and vibrant city life.
